• We will do our best to offer alternatives or reschedule affected activities.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.
• Sovek Egypt is not responsible for denied entry or missed tours due to incomplete documentation.

6. Liability

• Sovek Egypt acts as a tour operator and is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Photo & Media Consent

• By joining our tours, you may be photographed or filmed. Sovek Egypt reserves the right to use images for marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
