At Sovek Egypt, we want every traveler to enjoy a stress-free and unforgettable journey. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness:
Cancellation by You:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour start date will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Sovek Egypt:
- If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may take up to 7 business days.
- Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected emergencies.
